This is trying to upload my Genesis ppt. It seems to be taking longer than real time.



I'm also watching out the dining room window at the squirrels trying to get on the bird feeder. Dw and I saw one on the feeder awhile ago and scared it off. I've seen two unsuccessful attempts since then.


The ppt didn't upload. It looks like I'll have to convert it to something else.

(John 8:43) Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

(John 8:46) Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

Is it because God spoke it? Is it because it is in the Scriptures? In the Word of God?
(Psalms 73:11) And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
You read all of Psalm 73 and read the questions in Job -- (that is a whole study lesson -)

Lets start with the first two and jump right in.
Not into: Creation fact vs evolution theory -
Nor into the factual beginning of time and the factual end of time -

What happened to 'Man'? What happened at the "fall of man"?
Do not elaborate on, but mention this Bible truth. It will be mentioned again later. (1 Timothy 2:14) And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

What did the serpent say? -Remember this is in the Word of God.-
Genesis 3:1-5
(1) Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
You see who the serpent spoke to and the response to the serpent.
(2) And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
(3) But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
See what the woman added to what God said.
Genesis 2:16-17
(16) And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
(17) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Note that this was before God created woman.
And then the LIE of the SERPENT -
(4) And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
(5) For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
The FALL, the SIN and
(Genesis 3:15) And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Now most of you know why the babies were killed at the time of Moses.
Also, at or near the time of the birth of Jesus how all the
Satan, the devil, was still out to subvert God.

You know the story of
Matthew 4:1
(1) Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
And then in
Matthew 4:5-7
(5) Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
(6) And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, 'He shall give his angels charge concerning thee (-): and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest (+ at any time) thou dash thy foot against a stone.
(7) Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
The devil "misquoted"
Psalms 91:11-12
(11) For he shall give his angels charge over thee, (to keep thee in all thy ways).
(12) They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest() thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Now move forward to the days of the Passover, when the Lamb of God, Jesus, was brought before the high priest and examined, and declared without blemish.
Read the question of the Gentile (also known in other parts of the NT as Greek or barbarian) in authority (Roman) over the Jews.
(John 18:38) Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.

Are you men going to continue to be deceived as the woman was deceived? by '...Yea, hath God said,...'?

Satan is found 37 times in 34 verses in the New Testament of the (AV)Bible.

(Rom 4:3) For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

(Gal 4:30) Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

Fish, Salad, Beans - (This was what was for dinner)

Now on to some activity in the animal world.

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Oh, and then it looks like in the latter days must have not liked what Adam called them. Or was it just a Dr. WHO change?

- Is the above confusing? Was it willfully so? Is it a small or large lie?
