What sayth the Scriptures?
Foreknow(ledge)
Acts 2:23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
1 Peter 1:2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
Election
(Romans 9:11) (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
(Romans 11:5) Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
(Romans 11:7) What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded
(Romans 11:28) As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
(1 Thessalonians 1:4) Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

Freewill
This word (nor as a phrase) is not in the Bible as such. So then we must seek under some other term or phrase. Such as: choice, willing(ly),
choice
(Genesis 23:6) Hear us, my lord: thou art a mighty prince among us: in the choice of our sepulchres bury thy dead; none of us shall withhold from thee his sepulchre, but that thou mayest bury thy dead.
(Genesis 49:11) Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:

willing(ly)
(Exodus 25:2) Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.
(Judges 5:2) Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves.
(Judges 5:9) My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD.
(Judges 8:25) And they answered, We will willingly give them. And they spread a garment, and did cast therein every man the earrings of his prey.
